A U.S. military veteran and retired federal law-enforcement officer, Kitz is an active expert-level motorcycle racer, bringing over 25 years of road-racing experience to the team. Randy's entire career has been built on discipline, precision, and performance under pressure. He understands the paddock.
Inside EPIC, Randy’s focus is on execution: he builds sustainable, repeatable systems, maintaining production standards, and making sure every product that leaves the shop is worthy of the paddock it was built for.
EPIC was not built to simply serve motorsports. It was built from within it.
